The Les Sarnoff Memorial Foundation has completed filings of our Articles of Incorporation. The corporation is a Non-Profit Public Benefit Corporation.

The corporation is organized and shall operate exclusively for educational, charitable, religious, scientific and literary purposes, within the meaning of 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Our mission is to advance metastatic cancer research, educate about the public awareness about metastatic cancer; and assist encourage, promote and advance the charitable work championed by Les Sarnoff.
